We are thrilled to invite you to partner with us for a fun and safe celebration in our community, offering a fantastic opportunity to promote your business while giving back, building relationships, and increasing your clientele. Volunteers play a crucial role in creating a positive impact, strengthening community connections, and fostering friendships. We appreciate your support, dedication, and commitment to our cause.
To enhance networking, we encourage all vendors to bring business cards to connect with fellow business owners and community members. We also invite you to engage with the children and participate in our “Decorate to Win Trunk” contest for a chance to win exciting prizes.
To ensure a well-organized event, we will hold a brief weekly roll call lasting 5-10 minutes via Zoom, which will help secure your slot and address any questions you may have. Please remember to arrive on time and report an hour or two early for setup. We want to ensure everything is ready so that the kids are greeted with our warm and welcoming smiles upon their arrival.
