Camp Fee: $600 Total (includes all materials, lunch/snacks, t-shirt, and field trips)

Permissions & Agreement

• I give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities, including off-site field trips.

• I grant Alpha & Omega Entrepreneur Academy permission to photograph and/or video my child during program events for promotional purposes.

• I understand all fees must be paid on time and agree to the selected payment plan.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot. Remaining balance must be paid in full before camp begins.
